ONIXEDIT Dashboard user manual

The ONIXEDIT Dashboard is the web workspace where ONIXEDIT customers manage everything that lives around their ONIX catalogues: the media files attached to their titles (MediaSpace), the configuration of their ONIXEDIT Server (Preferences), and — as they move in — the Automated Ingestion Agent (AIA) and the Scheduler. One sign-in, one language switcher, one dark mode, and a ? button on every page that opens the matching chapter of this manual.

Who sees what

The tools shown in the left sidebar depend on what your account is entitled to:

  • MediaSpace is available to every account on the hosted platform.
  • Preferences appears when your account has access to ONIXEDIT Server's configuration. On an on-premises installation only the owner of the licence sees it.
  • AIA and Scheduler appear when your subscription includes them.

If a tool you expect is missing, sign out and back in first — entitlements are refreshed at sign-in — then contact ONIXEDIT support.

Other ONIXEDIT manuals

This manual covers the Dashboard only. The manuals of ONIXEDIT Pro, ONIXEDIT Cloud, ONIXEDIT Server and the other products remain available from the Resources page on onixedit.com.
