My Subscription
My Subscription shows, in one dialog, what your ONIXEDIT Cloud plan allows and what you are using: the maximum number of titles, the titles used and remaining, the number of authorized users and the media space used and remaining. From there, Change my Subscription Plan takes you to your member dashboard on onixedit.com, already signed in, to upgrade, renew or otherwise manage the subscription.
Where to find it
- Open the Settings menu (gear icon) of the top bar and choose My Subscription.
- The entry is shown only to the owner of an ONIXEDIT Cloud account (the person who registered the subscription). Sub-users do not see it and are asked to contact their administrator; Server Edition accounts manage their licence through ONIXEDIT.
- The figures come from the subscription service each time the dialog opens; they are not cached.

How to change your plan
- Open Settings → My Subscription.
- Click Change my Subscription Plan.
- A new tab opens on your member dashboard of onixedit.com, on its Licenses & Subscriptions tab, with you already signed in — no password to type. The dashboard carries the plan, the billing details, the renewal date and the website's own button to the purchase form.
- Complete the change on the website. Back in ONIXEDIT Cloud, sign out and in again so that the new limits are applied to your session.
The automatic sign-in needs an ONIXEDIT website account tied to your e-mail. When it cannot be used (older accounts, network failure), the same button opens the website's sign-in page and forwards you to the dashboard once you are signed in.
How the limits show up elsewhere
- Titles. When the used count reaches the maximum, the Add new title button of the title list stops with Title limit reached. Cannot add new ones. Change the limit or remove titles to make space. Imports that create titles fail for the same reason.
- Users. The number of seats is enforced in Manage Users: Add new user disappears once the maximum is reached, and Buy more users opens the purchase page.
- Media space. The same figures drive the Media Space menu of the top bar, with the Buy extra media space entry. Uploads that do not fit are refused when you pick the file or skipped when you save.
- ONIX 3.0. A Cloud subscription may work in ONIX 2.1, ONIX 3.0 or both; see ONIX 3.0 and options for the choice offered in the Settings menu.
Tips
Titles are counted across catalogues
If you run an ONIX 2.1 and an ONIX 3.0 catalogue, both draw on the same maximum. A title kept in both formats counts twice.
Deleting titles frees titles, not media space
Removing a title lowers Title(s) Used immediately, but its uploaded files stay in your Media Space until you remove them with Manage media space (see Media Space).
Frequently asked questions
Who can open My Subscription?
The owner of an ONIXEDIT Cloud account, from the Settings menu. Sub-users and Server Edition accounts do not have the entry.
What happens when all my titles are used?
The Add button of the title list refuses with the message Title limit reached. Delete titles you no longer need or change your plan from My Subscription.
Do I have to sign in again on onixedit.com?
Normally not. Change my Subscription Plan opens your member dashboard already signed in. If the automatic sign-in is not available, the website shows its sign-in page and lands on the same tab afterwards.
Where do I buy more users or media space?
Users from Manage Users, with Buy more users. Media space from the Media Space menu of the top bar, with Buy extra media space. Both open the ONIXEDIT Cloud purchase page of onixedit.com.
